With a capacity for 7 people , this house is only 50 meters from the beach . Fully equipped and comfortable, with access to the communal area with pools .

The house is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, you will find a cozy living-dining room with a fireplace and electric radiators, a television (Spanish), and access to the private terrace-garden, which is fenced and equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue.

Additionally, on this floor, there is a separate kitchen equipped with everything you need, such as a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, tableware/cutlery, utensils, coffee maker, hand blender, and toaster. There is also a guest toilet on this floor. Although the garage is closed, it is easy to park right in front of it.

On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms, one with a double bed, another with bunk beds and a single bed, and a suite with a double bed. The main bathroom has a shower and washing machine, and the suite has a bathroom with a bathtub and a small balcony.

Our accommodation is located in Mas Pinell , a privileged area of the Costa Brava in Catalonia. You can explore the charming nearby towns of Torroella de Montgrí, Pals, and L'Estartit. The nearest supermarket (Raül Girona) is less than 6 km away. Furthermore, within 3 km, you will find an excellent selection of restaurants to enjoy the delicious local cuisine.
