Apartment of 54 m2 in the building "La Pineda". It is located at a quiet and lovely place with a pinewood on the one side and the beach on the other. The apartment has a large terrace facing east and south with a view to the pinewood and the sea. The apartment is very silent. There are optical fiber Wi-Fi (only summer time), Samsung smart TV, completely equipped kitchen, washing machine Bosch.

Un séjour parfait dans l’appartement de Stella. L’hôte est très réactive. L’appartement est conforme aux photos. Très bien situé, parking gratuit à côté, propre et literie bien.

Appartement fontionnel, proche de la belle plage. La mer etait très belle et cristaline . Proche des commerces de proximités. Il a fait chaud durant notre sejour 1 ventilateur supplémentaire aurait été bienvenue.

Nous sommes ravis de nos 15 jours passes dans ce logement. Idealement situé pour tout faire a pieds avec la plage en face le bourg et son port a 5 minutes via le remblais et idem pour le fameux marché de l Estartit du jeudi. Beaucoup de petites villes tres proches entre 10 et 100 km la ronde. Nous avons ete tres bien accueillis par Stella et le logement est parfait et conforme a l annonce. Il est dote d un grand balcon et deux pieces spacieuses le tout bien décoré. Bref rien a redire. Des équipements au top pour ceux qui souhaiteraient cuisinier par ex. Quant au stationnement pas de problème de place car il y a le grand parking de la plage au pied de l immeuble. Ona jamais eu a chercher une place et ce quelque soit l heure. En resume c est TOP ! Nous reviendront en toute confiance afin de poursuivre notre decouverte de la Costa Brava. Pascale et Patrick

Tout à été parfait, du premier contact avec la propriétaire, jusqu'au départ. L'annonce correspond parfaitement à la location. Location très agréable et très bien équipée. Environnement idéal (à côté de la plage, commerces à deux pas), aucun vis à vis (vue face sur la cime des pins , vue de côté du balcon sur la plage de côté). Parking facile au pied de l'immeuble. Propriétaire arrangeante et ayant tout prévu pour rendre le séjour agréable (ventilateur, sèche-cheveux, grille-pain, nespresso, condiments, papier toilette, lessive...). Merci Stella !

Fantástico. El apartamento está decorado con mucho gusto, es amplio y cómodo y dispone de excelente terraza. Tiene todo lo necesario y más. La atención de la propietaria es agradable y contesta rápidamente. Le doy un diez en todo. Gracias Stella.

L'appartement est très cosy, simple, clair, fonctionnel, très propre et rénové avec beaucoup de goût par des propriétaires charmants et attentifs au bien être de leurs locataires; De ce côté là c'était parfait...mais dès que l'on est dans l'immeuble, c'est vraiment affreux, sonore et froid. L'ascenseur est plutôt brutal, mais on est contents de l'avoir pour monter les bagages au 3eme étage. On n'est pas dérangés par le monde en hiver...Un seul appartement est occupé dans tout l'immeuble! C'est un peu fantomatique ! Mais par contre quel régal de se balader en bord de mer ou sur la plana dans le Parc national du Montgri...et par un temps doux et ensoleillé...On ne pouvait pas rêver mieux ! On vous conseille le restaurant N'Gruna sur le port, frais et délicieux..., beaucoup sont fermés à cette période de l'année. Dans l'ensemble on a passé un super moment hors du temps.

A beautiful modern little apartment right on the beach with an easy walk to L’Estartit. Public transport simple to navigate and always prompt. Begur, Figueras Palafrugell all easy to reach by car or bus. The property has every modern appliance you could ever need. It has been carefully planned, with all needs catered for.

Très bel appartement parfaitement entretenu ! très propre et à quelques mètres seulement de la mer ! un vrai plus ! Un grand parking gratuit en bord de mer et proche de restaurants supermarchés et boulangerie ! calme car le grand balcon donne sur les pinedes ! je recommande cet appartement au 3eme étage avec ascenceur ! Stella nous a accueilli le premier jour pour vous explique quelques règles à suivre ! de très bonnes vacances
