The fully renovated apartment has air conditioning, heating with remote control in every room, HD TV 3D LED high definition, satellite Reciever for German channels, DVD and Wifi. There are two bedrooms, one with double bed, the other with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. An open kitchen, a living room with access to the cozy balcony are also available.
The apartment is fully equipped with linens, towels and kitchen utensils.

To get to the beach, you do not need to go by car, it takes only a few minutes walk. Numerous shopping streets, the promenade, the pool area and the Marina marina are just a few meters away. The closest airports are San Javier (20Km) and Alicante (42 Km). Special prices for longer stays (winter months and at least 30 days)
