O hotel precisa de uma boa reforma, o local do "spa" esta acabado, sujo, com varias coisas quebradas, super descuidado. O hotel tem chaves antigas, nao tem "cartão" de abrir e fechar as portas..as tolhas são velhas, moveis velhos, cafe da manha sem climatização, o buffet demora na reposição, maquinas ...
