After a really rough travel day, we arrived late and discovered our family of 5 could not be accommodated in one room like we thought, and the front desk went above and beyond to help us sort out our situation. They were extremely kind and patient, especially with our three young children. "Location near the Metro station (airport line) and a Pingo Doce was great. Hand written door access code is a poor choice especially if the guy checking you in has poor hand writing (his words, not mine). Had to return to the front desk and he rewrote the codes for door and wifi. Why not email or WhatsApp the numbers, not like travellers don't have access. "

"We stayed at the presidential suite. Rooms were big and spacious, very clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Tomás was very helpful and helped me booked my train tickets to our next destination. The hotel was not walkable to the major tourist sights but was a cheap uber ride away. Would stay here again. "
