"We stayed here before and after our trek. After, the lady running the place offered laundry service. However, she kept delaying when it was going to be finished. We gave her one load to do but clearly it was mixed with other clothing. "I have booked the twin bed with private bathroom but hotel did not reserve the room as said in booking instead they have provided room without toilet. They have contacted Expedia but no support provided. I need to choose to stay in other hotels or stay with room without toilet. "I loved the location. I loved the private bathrooms--though you do have to walk near common area/check in area. I would have liked the option for a space heater in the room rather than keeping door open to share common area heat. I never figured out the enter/exit aspect of the hostel so I always needed someone on staff to let us out."

"The cabin we stayed in was simple and old. The beds were comfortable and we had hot water without any problems. The WiFi does not work during peak usuage hours and needs to be upgraded.
