"Acomodações simpáticas, com móveis novos e manutenção muito boa. O local tem uma vista muito bonita da cidade, do mar e das montanhas. Apesar da redondezas não serem muito convidativas, não tivemos problemas, mas se não estiver de carro, você terá dificuldades para chegar, fica um pouco longe do centro. Os quartos são um pouco apertados e com o teto baixo, requer atenção para quem tiver dificuldade de locomoção, pois tem escada para acessar os quartos. No geral gostamos do local."

"The cabin we stayed in was simple and old. The beds were comfortable and we had hot water without any problems. The WiFi does not work during peak usuage hours and needs to be upgraded. It is fine during quiet times during the say. "A few things broken and others didn’t work, we approach the right person to complain but nothing happened. Only excuses and blame others. NEVER in 6 days they turn up to do the cleaning, or give us fresh towels, and the list keep going. I understand that’s a “cheap” or a “budget” accommodation, but to that extreme? NEVER go back to that place and I don’t understand how Expedia doesn’t check the quality of those places or un least you can demand some levels or standards too meet to get the right...

"Stayed 4 nights and this is an amazing way to experience Torres Del Paine. We’d spend hours just staring at the view from the hotel. But it was also so easy to access the various hikes and sights of the park. The food was consistently good (some of the best we had on our trip through South America) and the staff was so friendly and professional. On-site trekking company meant we always had the choice to do something, although we had a car so could venture off on our own too. Hopefully we’ll be back."

Beautiful view and comfortable stay

"Lago Gray is a beautiful site for your stay at Torres del Paine. The hotel has access to some trails but not all. The room was simple but well appointed, spacious and clean, and had a phenomenal view of the lake. It was a bit warm in the afternoon with no way of cooling it other than leaving the door open or closing the shade. I would also love a kettle in the room. Other than that, the restaurant and coffee bar were excellent, the service was great, and the location incredible. Check if you need a car or transport to other trails because that is not cheap."
