"We got Villa number 11, Check in was slow and not super welcoming. Parking is confusing. The staff is not warm and welcoming and there is no one ever at the bar to serve you. The food at the main dining was mid. You are paying for the view. The gym was hot and small. Massage services were average. The best part was the pool. We also got locked at of the villa not once but twice by an exterior gate and then later provided a key. The villa was spacious but no bathroom at the main floor, also no check in from staff to see how the stay was going. Coffee to be found in the am forget about it. You have to walk into town."
