"They charge for the use of room safe. Which I have never experienced in any country.
They do not change pool towels even when they are dirty and you are staying for 7 nights. Parking they charge Euro 20 a day.
Room is not cleaned properly nor is the bathroom."

"Fantastic hotel and so very clean. Location was amazing. The out door pool was also heated to a good temperature which was a nice surprise. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices and good quality food. Soya milk was also and option along with other plant based milks. Overall a fantastic hotel can’t fault anything! Well done Seramar 😊"

"Our room was not cleaned by checkin time and we were given another room. Bathroom was smelly (not just during the checkin but during the entire stay. looks like some issue in plumbing). there were no bed covers for the blankets (i dont remembering reading that we have to bring our own blanket covers). The keypad lock at the apartment door does not work, we have to always use the key only.
Somethings that were good: easy self checkin. Beach is just 50mts away. Very central and lots of options...
