The only negatives were that it was very loud from our room as we were right by the stairs and elevator. Also, the hot tub was not very hot. Aside from that everything was great! "

Hotel has been refurbished to a modern style and a high standard. Reception staff, bar staff, restaurant staff etc were all very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.
