One week stay, it was very clean and comfortable. Nice views day and night, a spacious balcony. Perfect location in central Torremolinos above restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks!

Apartment was quite comfortable and roomy for the two of us. Light and airy space. Minor hiccups - had to ask for sheets for the sofa bed, and no batteries for the AC remote (but it was cool enough to sleep w/o it). Gorgeous balcony. Overall very user friendly place for our stay - Thank you!

It would have two more armchairs in the living room. There is only the sofa-bed. It should have sheets for the sofa-bed, there was none. We had to buy some. And also, more sets of bath towels. The furniture on the balcony need to be up to date. But, we had already make the reservation for next year. Thank you!

il y avait qu'une seule piscine en fonctionnement les autres étaient hors services. De plus nous avons eu des soucis d'accès pour la piscine en famille car il fallait 3 badges et nous en avions que deux. L'agence qui gère ce bien RINCON RENT n'a absolument rien fait pour nous faire parvenir ce 3eme badge. L'appartement est rempli de cafards et fourmis, la climatisation du salon fuit sur l'interrupteur de cette même pièce.La fenêtre de la chambre à coucher ferme mal....beaucoup de bruits la nuit. La résidence est en travaux et donc nous avons eu tous les bruits de chantier pendant 15 jours
