"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my visit. One of the highlights was the excellent breakfast, which offered a great variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day. The hotel’s location was also a major advantage. It was conveniently close to the metro station, making it easy to get around the city, and many popular attractions were within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located place to stay."

"No vending machines. I was a Solo traveler who needed this. Staff did not explain how shuttle worked correctly and told me a whole bunch of things that weren’t true so I ended up at the airport way to early in the morning and had to sit around for two hours waiting for the ticket counters to open. LOVED the wonderland theme!"

"El hotel estuvo excelente. Sin embargo reservamos 2 habitaciones conectadas y pensábamos que eran ambas conectadas. Nos dimos cuenta cuando llegamos a ue en el front desk nos indicaron que eran 4 habitaciones. Le indicamos que éramos 6 personas. No necesitábamos 4 habitaciones. Como lo compramos con expedia no hubo forma que nos ayudaran. Solo usamos 3 habitaciones y paganos por cuatro."
