"Las chicas de la recepción tanto en la noche como en la mañana fueron unas estrellas. Muy dispuestas, sonrientes y educadas. El hotel está muy bien para ir y venir desde el aeropuerto, un poco viejo, sin embargo, limpio, cuidado y con todos los detalles funcionando apropiadamente. "

"Great prices, very clean, wonderful staff. The property is unbelievably large and spread out to be in such a large, compact city. The only negative piece was the slant in the ceiling makes the rooms very short on one end. If you are a tall person like myself you have to bend over to get into the hotel room bathroom and shower. This wasn’t a huge problem for me but it might be a problem for someone older or with handicaps. Also, if you can’t go up stairs very well you shouldn’t opt to stay here....

"This is a great hotel at a great price. I was nervious about some reviews saying its in an industrial area and far from everything, it is true if you don't have a car, but renting a car might be a great option as there are lovely towns near (10-20 minutes away) that you can enjoy lunch or dinner like Alcala de Henares, home of "Don Quijote de la Mancha" or Segovia (1:30 hrs away), Avila (home of Teresita de Jesus de Avila)... and many more. I will definitely comeback here."

"The room was fine, but there was no air conditioning available this day because of maintenance, and no fan was provided. We had to sleep with the windows open, but still was not cool enough, besides bugs and trees in full bloom right outside that caused a lot of allergy issues. I'm sure this hotel is normally fine, it seems nice. But this was a scheduled maintenance, and we were not told when we checked in that no A/C would be available. They should not have accepted reservations for this...

"I came to Madrid to see Taylor Swift. This neat little hotel was 15 mins away from the airport 30 mins from the city center. Easy access. I paid for everything through Expedia. Breakfast too. The receptionists do speak English and there is free wifi. There was a nice little pedestrian area next to it full of shops and restaurants/cafes and landmarks to sight see. I do recommend bringing your own wash cloths. They don’t have those. I ended up buying like an exfoliating thing from the perfume spot...

"It was easy to locate and close enough from the train station to walk.Also very close to the AYUNTAMIENTO and police Department as I felt safe in this zone. I loved how they gave us vlean towels and cleaned our rooms, with an extra refrigerator and microwave outside in a different room. I felt like I was more at home. "
