Fantastic 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment overlooking overlooking 13th green and pool area.
Stunning double balcony with all day dining as benefits from being in shade from the sun.
1st Floor situated, so lift or one flight stairs down to pool area which has full time security and assistance to ensure only residents have use of pool areas.
Can lay out on lovely green areas or indeed on beds by pool.
2 min walk to driving range and 1st tee and also the 5 star hotel onsite.
The paddle courts are fantastic and 10 min walk, lovely restaurant and bar and mini golf and stunning GYM (chargeable) alongside paddle courts.
The restaurants along the Boulevard continue to grow and provide great dining out options.
