Upon entering, you are welcomed by a spacious open kitchen, which flows seamlessly into the cozy living room with dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped, including an oven, microwave and dishwasher, so you can effortlessly prepare a delicious meal. In the living room, the comfortable lounge sofa, the stylish new furniture and the smart TV provide a luxurious home feeling.


Through the sliding doors you step directly onto the beautifully tiled backyard with terrace, where you can enjoy sunbeds, a private swimming pool and a cozy garden set. Here you can completely relax under the radiant sun, surrounded by privacy and comfort.


On the first floor there are two inviting bedrooms, furnished with comfortable beds that guarantee a good night's sleep. They are adjacent to a modern bathroom, equipped with a walk-in shower, toilet and stylish washbasin. Furthermore, Villa Olivia offers a beautiful roof terrace, the perfect place to end the day with a good glass of wine while enjoying a breathtaking sunset.
