Die Küche ist sehr groß mit tollen Herden und einer guten Industriespülmaschine. Einziges Manko: Die Küchenutensilien sind mangelhaft. Kein Wasserkocher, kein Quirl, stumpfe Messer... "Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und auch verabschiedet. Die Wohnung war in einem sehr sauberen Zustand. Die Terrasse war sehr groß mit tollen Ausblick in die Tal und in die Ferne. Auf der Terrasse haben wir gefrühstückt und zu Abend gegessen.. Herrlich. Wir haben Ausflüge unternommen in die verschwendeten Richtungen. Es war für uns ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist an diesem Ort sehr gut aufgehoben. Wir kommen wieder ☺️"

The countryside around the house is stunning, the decor and furnishings gorgeous and everything was immaculately clean. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. "All of the staff were very nice and helps, the property was neat and clean, walkable to the beach, convenient location to travel to other places. Parking can be difficult on the weekends and there are not a lot of close dining locations for dinner, mostly just pizza or bars, But you can walk 20-30 minutes either direction on the beach boardwalk and find restaurants. "

"Internet 0 in my room. When I ask for help at front desk he just waved his hand and walked away. I had to come downstairs to use phone. Room was nice but very Thin walls. Breakfast was very good but the manger was rude. He had a domineering attitude and in the 3 days I was there he never spoke. When I left the property he only said good buy. I in tern never looked at him and left. Would not stay there again. The first woman who registered me was wonderful. Gave me suggestions, made me feel welcomed. She should have been the MANGER. "

Six day break in May

"Arrived too warm welcome at reception.Able to access the room which was on the second floor and had a balcony looking towards the sea. The room is comfortable with air-conditioning the breakfast was superb Continental style is home-made bread and cakes unlimited tea and coffee pool has a small childrens area next to a small play area.The location is just across from grottemarre beach The hotel has parking for around about eight cars with two charging points. It’s about a 30 minute walk into the Harbour area well worth it many restaurants in the market. This hotel has a small boutique type and the staff are fabulous. Its location is between go grottemarre and s bennitino both train stations that can get you to Ankona airport a cab is about €20. As well as a full range of restaurants opposite there is a pub less than 100 m away go to Sherwood run by an Italian family who made us most welcome "
