"Stunning sea view Comfortable bed and pillows Effective and quiet air conditioning Good transport links - 10 minutes to train station (for journeys into Malaga) and bus stop nearby for trips into Benalmadena. Room cleaned on a daily basis to a very high standard. Amazing views from restaurants and plenty of choice from buffet. Friendly staff"

"We had stayed here a couple of years ago, access card system was poor then but has since gotten much worse, with less than helpful staff, last visit the staff were excellent. Excellent sea view but the double glazing did little to keep out the road noise. Overall very disappointed, we had picked this hotel again because of such an enjoyable experience that we had before, definitely not again."

"Globalement, nous avons passé un très bon séjour particulièrement adapté aux familles avec enfants. Quelques points mériteraient cependant d’être améliorés pour rendre l’expérience encore meilleure. La navette reliant l’hôtel au parc aquatique est annoncée à l’accueil comme circulant de 10h à 18h. En réalité, une fois sur place, elle ne fonctionne que de 10h à 14h puis de 14h45 à 18h. J’ai trouvé dommage qu’il y ait une interruption de 45 minutes alors que le trajet est très court. la “piscine intérieure” mentionnée dans la description de l’hôtel n’est pas réellement une piscine accessible librement. Il s’agit en fait du spa facturé 15 €/pers, enfants compris. les piscines extérieures, l’eau était extrêmement froide. Je comprends qu’en Espagne les températures soient généralement élevées, mais selon la période de l’année, chauffer au moins une piscine familiale rendrait le séjour beaucoup plus agréable, surtout avec de jeunes enfants. le buffet était globalement bon et varié, mais il manquait selon moi du gel hydroalcoolique à disposition à l’entrée ou près des buffets. L’hôtel propose bien des excursions via une personne dédiée sur place, mais il faut ensuite se débrouiller soi-même pour rejoindre le lieu de départ des activités. Pour un resort familial, il serait vraiment appréciable d’avoir davantage d’excursions organisées directement depuis l’hôtel avec navette aller-retour incluse."

"The check in was very easy the host text all the codes that were needed to get into apartment. The kitchen area is very compact but no kettle, The only thing was that on the main stairs the light did not pick you up when walking down and the step in the middle is a bit dangerous as you hardly see it. But everything else was great and a great place to stay for buses and the swimming pool is an extra bonus."

"Et rigtig dejligt ophold. God kommunikation med udlejer både før, under og efter opholdet.En rigtig hyggelig lejlighed - umiddelbar lille til 4 personer, men rigtig fin til 2.Ligger i et stille område med gode muligheder for både gåture, restauranter, golf og seværdigheder. Fantastisk terrasse."

"We got the feeling we arrived just before they were ready for the season. Certain items did not work correctly (phones, A/C, WiFi ) but by our 4th day it got better. It was really a nice place, but is probably a lot more enjoyable when it’s completely functional (access to pool and lounge areas). They also need to do something about the entry system. At times it is frustrating how hard it is to access the complex, rooms, especially the parking area with bees hanging around the key entry area. Overall those items stopped us from giving them a five star rating, solid 4 1/2."

"Breakfast at 10 Euros is a bargain - hot and cold food available. The pool is small but pleasant, staff are so welcoming and helpful. The pool bar and cafeteria are great, not a wide choice but very good value. Mummy only comment is that it would be nice to have coffee/tea and milk available in the room on arrival - otherwise this is now my hotel of choice in Benalmádena "
