"Check in is last minute. You get your code day before your arrival. Door was an issue. Takes several attempts for code to go in. Room wasnt the cleanest. Taps dirty, mirror was dirty, outside table very dirty. 5 towels for 2 people for a 4 day stay is a disgrace! Rooms are noisy eith34 side of apartment. Anytime they run water or go to toilet its very loud!! There was also supposed to be a free bottle of wine as advertised on hotels.com and none there. I had also messaged many times about 40th bday. It took for the day before on the whatsapp when getting code for them to actuallu answer. Very disappointing. The apartment however is in a good location."

"16 lads on a golf tour, and this villa suited us perfectly. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax without getting under each other's feet—especially if someone had just been beaten on the course!The pool was clean and a good size, with a fantastic BBQ area alongside it that we made great use of on the Sunday afternoon. There was also plenty of fridge and freezer space, plus all the kitchen utensils we needed.Linda was extremely helpful and even allowed us to use her Mercadona account so we could arrange an online grocery delivery before we flew out. It meant we could get stocked up with food, beverages, and mixers almost immediately after arriving. We got to the villa at 5:20pm and the shopping was delivered by 6:15pm.The villa does show some signs of wear and tear, and there are a few personal items around the property, as some previous reviewers have mentioned. However, none of this affected our stay. In fact, some of the items left available, such as towels and cleaning supplies, were useful. Considering the excellent value for money, these minor points were insignificant to us.Overall, we had a great stay and would happily recommend the villa to other large groups."

"Such a lovely property. It was a pleasure to stay there. Hopefully we will do so again. Clive is a wonderful host. The property was immaculate. The welcome package was a lovely touch. Location was ideal. A few minutes walk to the train station. We travelled to various locations along the coast. Honestly we couldn't fault a thing. Please don't hesitate to book this villa, you will not be disappointed."

"We had stayed here a couple of years ago, access card system was poor then but has since gotten much worse, with less than helpful staff, last visit the staff were excellent. Excellent sea view but the double glazing did little to keep out the road noise. Overall very disappointed, we had picked this hotel again because of such an enjoyable experience that we had before, definitely not again."

"We got the feeling we arrived just before they were ready for the season. Certain items did not work correctly (phones, A/C, WiFi ) but by our 4th day it got better. It was really a nice place, but is probably a lot more enjoyable when it’s completely functional (access to pool and lounge areas). They also need to do something about the entry system. At times it is frustrating how hard it is to access the complex, rooms, especially the parking area with bees hanging around the key entry area. Overall those items stopped us from giving them a five star rating, solid 4 1/2."
