"We stayed one night, arriving late and overslept. The property was so understanding and generous allowing us an extra hour immediately. The room itself was spotless, the a/c very effective and the bed was comfortable. They gave us great recommendations for restaurants and were extremely responsive. I would 100% recommend as a base to sleep in and would stay here again."

"The property was well maintained generally. However, the following should be looked into : • iron should be available for use by guests • mould in the bath tub - not acceptable • we were locked out of our room when we returned from breakfast on the last day • breakfast, particularly choice of fruits, could be improved."

"Leading up to our stay, the one staff person that was incredibly helpful and polite was the woman at the front desk. Beyond that I would not recommend this place. Resort is quite the over-sell. We booked a room that was for 4 people but only planned on 3 of us initially. My other son decided to join us and they charged us another 50% of the room cost! And, for that they gave an extra pool towel to use. Then after the staff left, we realized he didn’t even have sheets for the pull out bed -...

"I loved the view from the balcony. The room was clean and adequately sized. The air conditioner didn’t work. They brought a fan which helped us sleep better the second night. The staff was kind and helpful. I would probably try to find somewhere with a working air conditioner. We were hot."

"Apparently, it was in a nice part of town and it was from a scenic view. However, it was a very old place. That’s been remodeled, maybe 15 or 20 years ago. It was nice."
