"The house is great, airconditioning, kitchen, everything you need for a nice stay in Bellagio. The garden and terrace are wonderful: private, a lot of shade, nice place to relax and play. One thing to note about the house: the bed is nice and spacious, but a little short for a tall person (2 meters). "Very nice apartment and very good location, but above all else, the communication was a good as it gets. They were also very accomodating when I requested to adjust the check-in time and also to use the luggage storage after I checked out. Highly recommend!"

"Staff and hotel was lovely perfect location! But we wasn’t told when we checked in that there was a daily charge for parking! When checking out we received a bill for 25 euros a day for using there carpark!! In all my years of traveling and the numerous hotels I have stayed in I have never been charged for using there carpark!! Absolutely disappointed in this! This service should be free to all guests staying at this hotel and clearly explained when booking to get there is a charge! "
