La Villa di Marcello is a charming independent apartment located in the main street of Torre Annunziata, a small town on the slopes of Vesuvius which is only 4 kilometers from Pompeii, 18 from Naples and 20 from Sorrento. Its position is functional, perfect for those who intend to visit the archaeological wonders of the Campania region: thanks to the Circumvesuviana train (the station is 500 meters from home) it is possible to reach Ercolano, Sorrento, Pompei, Naples and others in a few minutes enchanting places that are located between the Gulf of Naples and Sorrento.
Marcello's house is on the ground floor, inside a small private courtyard, and. The historic charm of the architecture of the past meets the modern and functional furnishing of the apartment which consists of all the necessary comforts: Wi-Fi line with fiber optic, 40 inch HD TV, kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning, bed double bedroom, bathroom with shower and bathtub. Furthermore, going up another flight of external stairs you can take advantage of a terrace and a relaxing environment from which you can enjoy the enchanting landscape that stretches from Naples to Sorrento.

The Villa of Marcello is located in the lively center of the town of Torre Annunziata, a strip of land between the sea and Vesuvius which was a rich Roman suburb of ancient Pompeii. Its ancient name Oplontis gives its name to the archaeological heritage of UNESCO (800 meters from home), the excavations of Oplonti which host the famous Villa of Poppea. This was one of the many Roman holiday villas built at that time, given the bathing area (the black sand beach of volcanic origin is famous) and rich in thermal baths (there is still a thermal complex 500 meters from home). Torre Annunziata is a treasure of history but also of traditions and here was born the so-called White Art, the school of master pasta makers universally recognized as the best in the world: still today it is possible to eat pasta in the various restaurants of the city (all close to the house) Setaro (sold on any continent).
