"Excellent apartment in super location. Simona is a very attentive and responsive host; any issues are quickly resolved. The apartment itself is light and spacious. Good sized well equipped kitchen on ground floor, open plan lounge plus bathroom and bedrooms on next floor and terrace then up small spiral staircase. The AC works well but the ambient temperature in the flat rarely gets above 23C . Porto Maurizio is at the top of the hill and there is a good view of the sea from the terrace. Café...

"Pros: Man hat alles was man braucht! Uns hat es gut gefallen. Der Vermieter hat uns für die Fahrt zum Sandstrand (ca. 3 km entfernt) die Fahrräder zur Verfügung gestellt. Da alles eben was, reichten die Fahrräder mit einem Gang. Mit dem Auto findet man vor dem Strand so gut wie keinen freien Parkplatz! Sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber! "The property is nice, we stayed for two weeks and all went well. The view from the apartment is great. The location is also great. On the seafront it was good to be able to take a daily walk down to the coast to the marina. The apartment is close to many beaches. The balcony has the sun all day so good for sitting out. The apartment had all facilities we needed."

"My husband and I spent several days in this old converted mill in Liguria. It was a beautiful and well maintained place. We loved sitting on the patio surrounded by olive and lemon trees and listening to the birds singing. We enjoyed exploring both the seaside towns and the hillside towns. This apartment was conveniently located to do both. The host was very friendly and responsive. I would recommend this place to anyone interested in staying in the Liguria area."

"Le séjour était vraiment super , nous avons apprécié l’hébergement son côté pittoresque , très agréable, la vue est magnifique. Dans un petit village convivial à proximité du centre-ville de San Remo. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre week-end confortable ;juste un petit point peut être à revoir sur l’eau chaude qui n’était pas adapté dans toutes les salles de bain. Merci à notre hôte qui nous a bien communiqué et indiqué , ainsi que bien reçu dans son établissement. C’était super 👍 "

"It was a very nice stay in the really large Appartement. Francesco is a Great Host and had a few good recommendations. Only slight disadvantage is the parking Situation and the very small Tunnel to reach the Appartement, but when you are there you have one of the greatest views at the sea we ever had. Alassio is a Great Place to be and we enjoyed also that we can reach Laigueglia with it s large lungomare … 5 of 5 (okay the trains are passing by, but we ignored them 😉)"

"The rooftop terrace with its panoramic views was fantastic. We enjoyed the church bells ringing throughout the day as well as our walks in and around Costarainera and Cipressa. The landlord was quick to respond to the few questions we had. His directions to the village and the house were outstanding with very helpful photos. The nearby garage was much appreciated too."
