"We stayed with Tim for 4 days while we visited family and went to Disneyland. The unit is in a cull-de-sac, has two bedroom and two baths and a semi-private back patio with table/chairs/umbrella and was very quiet. It is about 15 min from Disneyland-approx $15 rideshare. Was a lovely place to stay and Tim was very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!!"

"I stayed at Elizabeth’s upstairs apartment with my husband and 5yo twins. Street parking was always available and the beach/pier was a short walk. We cooked in the kitchen and did laundry in the space provided. We used the beach toys, beach mats and umbrella. We opted to rent bikes as we wanted tandem bikes for our children which was an easy walk from the apartment, but beach bikes and helmets were available. "We had a wonderful time ! We had a wedding in Pasadena then traveling down to Ansjeim to be close to other friends & family to see the soghts of Los Angeles & Disneyland!!! The house was so big & spacious & just what we needed to spread out and enjoy the pool, hot tub & game room !!! Our crew had so much fun ! It was better then hotel so we could all be together!!! We will definitely be back soon !! All worked out just as expected !!! Thank you !"

"There were three of us and we had two bedrooms with plenty of room for each of us. One of us used the inflatable mattress, which was very nice. We went to the LA Natural History Museum, the California Science Center and the African American Museum. There was so much to see, we didn't get to a lot of them! We definitely need to go back to take everything in!"

"Why would you stay at a faceless hotel when you could stay at this perfect little home by the beach. Indoor space is perfectly sized for 4 adults with a full kitchen, living room and two great sized bedrooms, outdoors you can enjoy a private back yard dining space and out front sit in a great little spot in the front yard and engage with your neighbors and passersby. The ocean, bay and restaurants and bars are all within an easy walk of the house. On street parking is hit and miss to get right...

"We absolutely loved our stay here. It was better than we had expected by far. The property was clean and very spacious. The beds were very comfortable as well. The location was absolutely ideal. We used it as a 2 night stop for a cruise and didn’t have a vehicle but it was easy walking distance to both the beach and 2nd Street shops and restaurants. "Safe area, easy 15 minute drive to Disney. Our large family was very happy. House had everything we needed to prepare breakfast every day. Used the dishwasher and washer and dryer. Close drive to Whole Foods, Walmart and Costco. The only issue was pillows could be more comfy and the primary bed was a very firm mattress."

"There was a loud fight in our hallway on the last night that we stayed, the front desk person was fast to respond but it was very unsettling. Window’s don’t seal properly so there was a lot of noise pollution from outside. Otherwise, we very much enjoyed our stay! Great location with walkable food options and very spacious units!"
