"Located very close to the harbour, with friendly staff, and breakfast was lovely. Great shower and a comfortable bed in a well kept room. Overall we had a great stay :)"

"Single room was small but clean & had everything needed. Quiet in the room which was great as I was concerned about being able to hear the show bar. Parking is £9 for 24 hours, even for guests, would be nice to have an overnight only option for parking. Overall, I would recommend :)"

"Exterior of the hotel a bit shabby but made up for when you enter the lobby. You can see how in years gone by this was the place to stay. Still has charm, chandeliers, colourful glass roof and huge spiral staircase. Staff were great. Proper white shirts and black waistcoat uniforms. At meal times they were everywhere. Plenty of choices at breakfast. Room had plenty of storage, bathroom was clean, bed was comfy. We had a sea view room with sliding door onto a patio with sunbeds, worth paying the extra for the sea view room."

"Parking is good you can park.outsude the property free of charge. Staff friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were clean and tidy but compact. The shower was very small and the door was difficult to. close and open once inside It. The bed was too soft and kept moving away from the wall. The room was very hot even with the window open which made it difficult to sleep. However, the breakfast was very good. It was a buffet with my favourite tinned tomatoes an option. Also there was a proper toater"

"Room was lovely, spacious and clean. Large bathroom. Great sea view. Shame no breakfast option, but wasn't a major issue for us. Hot tub wasn't in use. Didn't use the Outdoor pool but did use the indoor pool which was nice, although the jacuzzi didn't seem to work very well. If we could get the same room then we'd happily stay again."
