This extraordinary home is ideally located in the Quay Estate, overseas the Pirate Park playground and an easy stroll to the Quay Shopping Village where amenities are at hand and the beach just is minutes away.

Built over two levels with reverse living, the ground level holds the following:
- Master Bedroom – King Bed, Walk in Robe, Ensuite & TV
- Bedroom 2 – 2 x Single Beds
- Bedroom 3 – 2 x Single Beds
- Bedroom 4 – King Bed
- Laundry – Washing Machine, Dryer, Clothesline/clotheshorse, Iron & Ironing Board
- Living Room – TV and Couch
- Bathroom – Bath, Shower, Toilet and additional Separate Toilet
- Garage – NOT AVAILABLE FOR GUESTS

The second level holds the following:
- Kitchen – Cook Top and Oven, Dishwasher, Microwave, Fridge, Toaster, Kettle, coffee machine and all the essentials for cooking.
- Living Room – TV, Couch and Gas Log Fire
- Dining Room - Dining Setting for up to 10 Guests.

Booking for Xmas/New Year Period? From the 19th December 2025 to the 16th January 2026, we will be running 7 night minimum bookings with arrival and departure dates being Friday to Friday. The weeks will be as follows:

o Week 2 – Friday 26th January to Friday 2nd January
o Week 3 – Friday 2nd January to Friday 9th January
o Week 4 – Friday 9th January to Friday 16th January

Perfect place for several families to stay. The onsite addition of the kids games was a win for our 3 & 4 year olds. Several living areas also a great addition and the house was fitted with all that you need for an extended stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked this house for Easter weekend for 10 people, and it was nice and clean upon arrival. There are separate living rooms upstairs and downstairs, and cleaning amenities like a vacuum and mop are available for use if needed. The location is central to everything and just a short walk to the Torquay markets, which are open on Saturdays.The downside was that the oven door hadn’t been attached properly during the previous clean, so it completely broke off when we tried to use it. We spent about an hour trying to reattach it. Steph was able to come the next day to take a look, but unfortunately, we weren’t able to use the oven on the first night when we needed it. We also had a Tesla, but there was no charging port outside, so we had to run an extension cable from the house.Overall, we are satisfied with our stay and would stay here again.
