Staff were very polite throughout the hotel Higher management in the bar should be more active if mistakes are made and not wait for a complaint to be made. The spa was really lovely, but had just too many people and we had to sit on the floor with drinks , which wasn’t relaxing.Needs a bigger sitting area or even shelves to put drinks on . We tried the spa again early in the morning which was much better and quieter . Pool was a nice temperature Treatments were nice and staff were very friendly. Noisy floorboards above kind of spoils the relaxing music. For what we paid, everything was really expensive ."

"This hotel is appalling. It looks like rundown bldg inside. We checked in on Saturday evening and the reception is full of teenagers who looks shady. The room was below standard. There was no toilet papers, reception is closed because its weekend. Good thing we brought our own toilet papers. The bed are old and sunken. The carpets in the room and in the hallways looked filthy not to mention the smell of it . This hotel needs a full refurbishment. Am sorry, but my 2 nights stay in this hotel is not enjoyable as its giving me anxiety because of the people surrounding the area as well as the safety and security of this establishment is not guaranteed."
