"No pool "

"Would not stay again. Whilst the family room was fine, the bathroom extractor fan was deafening, and for a family room they only included 2 sets of towels and 2 mugs for the four of us. We went to use the pool, the main reason we booked the hotel, and were told they had run out of towels and we would have to go back to our room to get and use those towels. The pool and changing room was tired and shabby. But worst of all was the metal sheeting on the bottom of the pool, which had intermittent welds, and was sharp edges which I cut my toe on. The steam room was out of order and not usable. Also the TV didn't work in the room, there was no signal on any channel. We reported this, and it was fixed, but only a selection of channels were available and this did not include the 4 main terrestrial channels. All in all, pretty poor, and we had a better deal at Travelodge around the corner. A previous night (just no pool). Staff resolved most issues when raised. But didn't seem that bothered."

"Stayed here before and view is awesome but the apartment is showing signs of wear and tear, dirty grout in bathroom tiles , shower connector broken and you had shower option only not bath, shower head dripped all night, sink plug all corroded, no dishwasher , kettle full of limescale,bed sinks in the middle and awful. "

"Clean, tidy, pet friendly. Great location close to parks and short drive to city centre, restaurants, waterfront. Easy street parking."

"Such a gem of a place, tucked in overlooking the sea, I couldn't have been happier with my stay. Staff are lovely, food was delicious, an extremely relaxing and welcoming atmosphere, I highly recommend the Wilcove Inn"
