Great stay! Not a hotel!
OK so looks like other people who rated this place did not know how to read lol. I travel a lot from NYC to all over US and let me tell you this is an APARTMENT ( a beautiful one ) for rent ! so all of you complaining about 'hotel staff' NO there is none. This is an Apt' in the best part of town walking distance to everything and a beautiful view. Fully furnished, excellent for us, my wife and I and our three old loved the place. Had our own washer dryer frig' microwave oven and ALL. Best stay. Super clean. Yes it's like having your own home away from home. Highly recommend this place and will def' request to stay there again when going to Toronto.

A great spot..except for parking
Stayed here 5 nights on family holiday. Mere steps from Rogers Center and sites. Sobeys grocery close by and it sits in the middle of the Toronto city...with all the beauty and noise of a major world city. This isn't a hotel and the concierge aren't really concerned if you have a problem, which we did with parking. The garage is confusing, with lots of connecting doors, etc. The fob didn't work for us, requiring us to wait for an hour while the owner came back to replace it.

Le concept d'appartement est très intéressant lorsqu'on passe plusieurs jours au même endroit. C'est un peu comme si on était à la maison avec sa chambre, sa cuisine, son salon. J'avais vu sur le lac, magnifique au levée du soleil. Petits points à améliorer, il n'y avait presque pas de papier de toilette, pas de papier mouchoir, presque pas de chaudron pour cuisiner et pas de petite tôle pour faire cuire la nourriture dans le petit poêle. Sinon l'emplacement est super!
