Someone's home, not a hotel.
I remember now why I don't stay at a B&B. It is a house with no sign, and a bedroom with no TV, desk, or bathroom. The bed was good, but I really did not feel comfortable. Everyone is off a common hall, and I didn't want to disturb anyone with a mid night bathroom visit or early morning shower.

odd funky place, but very good value for money
It's in what looks like an ordinary house, without even a sign out front. Our "room" was an apartment, with a nice big sofa on the living room, a usable bed in the big bedroom, and another double bed in what looks like a closet. The lighting system is strange but workable. Everything was clean enough, and it's ultra-quiet. For our hundred bucks, we felt we'd gotten a very good if very unusual deal.
