"Location was good for needing to get to airport quickly. Upon initial entry to room everything looked nice and clean. Dropped luggage and then promptly left to see friend. When returning later found that the sheets were covered in hairs...probably dog or cat, at least that is what I hope it was. Grossed out but it was late at night and not in mood to have it changed. Swapped beds with friend."

"We were in Grecia to celebrate our anniversary and visit friends. Villa Cipreses was an oasis in a hot and humid land. Our room was dated but clean and although they advertised air conditioning there was none. Fortunately we had our own fan with us so we were able to stay comfortable. The restaurant was great and we enjoyed the overall beauty of the blue hydrangeas and other plantings on the property. the owners of the property seem surprised when we arrived but they did provide accommodations...

"The property was a very large and a private space that felt very welcoming. Offering a delicious breakfeast in the morning, transportation to and from the airport and a great selection of tours that were exceptional! "This place is CLOSED yet hotels.com keeps offering it online. I booked through hotels.com as part of my trip and when I got their and the hotel was no longer in operation, and it was a nightmare dealing with hotels.com. They are pushy and it is a mess. When I started demanding my money back, a pushy person who spoke broken English called to sell me ANOTHER hotel, but refused to give me my money back. I am realizing hotels.com is a racket."

"Room without window, terrible light. Reception was like the living room of the family, where they looked TV what we heard. The hostel was located in a main road, very loud. We had to open 2 gates and 2 doors to get in our room. We felt like being in a jail. Much too expensive!!!"

"This was a wonderful first stop on our vacation as is it was midway betweeen San Jose and La Fortuna. We stayed in the family villa for 2 nights and found it to be spacious with beautifully landscaped grounds. The local waterfalls were easily accessible and we could walk to local restaurants. It was a highlight of our trip!"
