"Reserve this hotel. Regardless of your financial situation, stay at this hotel. Take out a loan if you need to. It’s an singular experience that provides the feeling of a second home. Hospitality gets thrown a lot these days. Only a few know what the word truly means. Suvretta House is the very top in service. Guiseppe and Andrea are absolute class. Even the lady in the Zegna boutique and those in the Spa are world class. This is a hotel worth traveling for."

"I really enjoyed my stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. I stayed 2 nights in the single twin room and felt it was the perfect size and a great deal for one person. The bathroom was a little small but not a big deal for a couple nights. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great."

"The positives Really great location for the station and downtown Nice room with lots of useful amenities including a washing machine The negatives Not easy to find and is not known on Apple Maps (try Google Maps) The bed and pillows are not very comfortable. This is not a bad review, with some small changes this could be the absolute best hotel for the Bernina Express"

"We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Laudinella. Rabat at reception was particularly helpful and welcoming, and Fatima, who was on duty at night, was lovely. Another receptionist in the evening was less helpful. The transfer service was good, which was useful as the hotel is quite far from the town centre. The information about the amenities could have been clearer. At reception, we were told that the Jacuzzi and gym cost extra. The public facilities offered as an alternative were around ten minutes away and did not suit our needs. Overall, a lovely hotel and an enjoyable stay, but clearer information about the facilities and friendlier service from the restaurant staff would improve the experience."

"Decent hotel in St Moritz, located near everything. Pretty simple and basic but just what is advertised. We had no issues with the hotel Very basic breakfast buffet."

"The hotel was great, friendly staff and they even have bikes for use for free to bike around the lake. The cigar/whiskey lounge was an added bonus as well!"
