My guest had to sleep on the couch with no extra bedding available. Kitchen lacked basics for coffee. Host difficult to communicate with and did not answer my few basic questions."

Wonderful stay in the walled city of Avila
"Very nice old fashioned classy hotel right next to the Cathedral in Avila. The room was very spacious, bright and clean with a view of the Cathedral. The staff was very friendly, helpful and pleasant. The breakfast buffet was very good, served in a spacious and air room. The location was very convenient with parking about 1/2 km away. The historical sites in Avila are wonderful. Walking the length of the wall is very cool."
