"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making our stay very relaxing. The location was also convenient, with easy access to transportation, restaurants, and nearby attractions. We really appreciated the excellent service and attention to detail throughout our stay. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would happily stay here again. "This was an efficient stay. Clean room. Onsen was small need more variety in on-site drinks/snacks. I felt like I was entering thru a back alley. The room was much better than the lobby. Extremely close to the market"

"Great location to attend Disney parks and the free shuttle bus right from the door was great. The hotel is right by the train station and shopping centre so it's excellent for convenience. The room was nice and very clean though a little outdated. We had a room with the giant tub overlooking the city. The view was amazing and worth the extra after a long day at Disney. I would highly recommend this hotel."
