Hotel room was a little dated, however, it was definitely very clean. Breakfast was great, but I wish they could’ve changed up the menu daily. The shuttle to the airport (every 20 minutes), train station and Aeon Mall was a definite plus and very convenient. Just to let you know Aeon Mall also has a huge grocery store that basically has everything you’ll probably need and more. I really liked the shuttle service. Having been in the busiest parts of Tokyo, I looked forward to the quiet and natural surroundings of this property. If I want a mall, supermarket or train station, the free shuttle provides the transportation. A fabulous hotel if you're planning days at Disney Sea and /or Disneyland. Very convenient.

We stayed here again when we left Japan, the hotel bus is super helpful.I will stay here again next time I visit Tokyo.

Great stay, staff was incredibly friendly

Great breakfast!

The 3 night stay for 3 nights. Rooms are small but the brekfast very various and tasty. Ranger japanese style hovewer you can find sandwiches and scramvle eggs.

Queen room we originally reserved was very small (as advertised in size), so we decided to upgrade to a larger room (two twins) and it was great. Excellent shower / bath combo, high end restaurant (Italian, not Japanese) and very helpful stuff. Location is great, really close to Ueno station and everything is relatively easily accessed.

Extremely comfortable stay at onyado nono bettei. The hotel annex just opened in January of 2024 and is very clean and inviting. The service is exemplary and location is prime. Roughly 15 minute walk to asakusa station, 2 minute walk to sensoji temple, and 5 minutes to asakusa view hotel to take a limousine bus to the airport. Great location and very nice for the cost

The hotel was clean and the room was spacious. I traveled with a family of four, and the quality and high tech feature of the room met all of our needs. There are sensored lights, toilet seats that open and closes automatically and self flush, separated doors between the room space, etc. I travel a lot and this was by far my favorite hotel due to its quality and walking access to the train statoon, restaurants/bars, entertainment, shops/grocery store. We loved the location the most. The lobby and staff and restaurant were excellent. Room is just a little outdated but very clean and in order. No complaints.

This hotel is close by Senso-ji temple and various subway lines. The area around the hotel is usually quiet and they have a cafe with a store inside. Overall, not bad.

Definitely coming back here the next time I visit and probably staying here the entire time. Sure you’re a bit further away from other tokyo cities but this place was so roomy and the stay was so amazing. Made the trip for us!
