"Check-in was nice and we were greeted with a warm welcome. There is no-where to get lunch however and the restaurant is closed on a Monday night which we weren't aware of, so had to drive out to get food in Spello near by. We had drinks around the pool which were slightly higher in price then we were expecting and had paid at similar properties. The rooms were spacious enough and clean, the "living room" was just a table and a chair and seemed a bit cold and pointless as a useable area...

"The property is well situated at the foothils of St Francis Cathedral. The room was quite cramped for 3 persons. The restaurant on site is great option for dining. Breakfast was also good, bit on a sweeter side, lots of pastry and cakes, limited on salty savory options. I'd recommand this place, well priced. "

"We arrived early and could check in. Used pool and jacuzzi overlooking Perugia. Lovely and relaxing at the end of the trip. First impressions of this ancient castle did not disappoint. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Hotel and grounds were impressive. Room was very comfortable. Had a drink outside before dinner. Still taking it all in. Dinner was incredible. "Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war nett und unkompliziert. Allerdings wurde vergessen uns vor Anreise mitzuteilen, dass ein Bad der Villa gar nicht benutzt werden kann! Zudem war das Haus bei unserer Anreise nicht geputzt. Was unser Urlaubserlebnis in Summe doch sehr getrübt hat. Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen und nicht nur die Betten haben die besten Jahre hinter sich. Wir waren zu dritt, haben uns aber gefragt, wie man als Gruppe von 8 Personen die Mahlzeiten gemeinsam einnehmen...

"Lovely hotel with super friendly staff. We hung out at their roof top area during the day, which was great for the sunshine and a place to relax. We stayed here one night and came back to the city on our last day of our holiday and they graciously allowed us to leave our bags here whilst we explore the city on our last day, even though we weren't staying at the hotel that night. We really appreciated this. We would suggest that they change the bar fridge in the room to something quieter or put it in a cupboard as it was too loud at night and we ended up switching it off. Music at breakfast would also be good and a little more attention to people staying at the hotel during breakfast would've been better - it was a little awkward. "
