"I made the booking via Hotel.com and 5 hours after I paid I had an email that I had to pay a £50 mandatory fee for facilities passes at the park. I questioned this as nothing was stated via booking and the price stated was the final price I paid. I had emails from a 3rd party called travelnest and also getting emails from someone asking for £50. The whole booking was a mess. Eventually I spoke to the host and he kept saying its written in the description of this extra charge when I never saw it,...

"The house is perfect for a couple and dogs. It’s location is excellent, there is a park and sea walk, literally a few minutes away, and an amazing walk down to the dog friendly beach. The harbour and restaurants is a 10 minute walk away. The house is lovely, very light and airy with an open plan downstairs, leading to a private garden and patio area. It is also very quiet, just birds singing. I would strongly recommend this property in Devon."

"Dont bother, this house was a nighmare, not only did the host cancel my last day of my holiday with out asking she also allowed a family of five to stay in a house that wasnt clean, the bathroom had mould, she had her own food in the fridge and the freezer, she told me i could use the beer fridge upstairs, she had clutter everywhere, the stairs are incredibly steep and the handrail up the stairs was broken she then tried to charge me for this saying she stayed there the week before and there was...
