"This meant to be a 5 stars hotel but in fact its 3 stats. We arrived on a very hot evening after a 5 hours flight to find that our room has no aircon and the temperature outside was 38C and it was very humid. Staff were not welling to change the room and kept saying that they are fully booked. We have 6months old baby who was crying because of the heat un able to eat or sleep. We end up thinking of calling the police as this was unsafe for our baby and the staff didn’t want to help. Then the...

"Great hotel for kids- heated swimming pool, amazing water park, lots if kids club activities and a theme park! Amazing rooms- so spacious! But very disrespectful holiday makers- making noises late at night and bad quality loud/arrogant Russian and German Turks! Food could have been improved too- didn’t taste much and wasn’t fresh/hot. The lady at the kids restaurant made an extra effort with my little one and he loved it- so that was nice. They should get proper life guards near the kids pool as they were not watching the kids at all. One kid was about to drawn, her dad ran and saved her and life guards didn’t even notice! Overall great holiday and a nice place to stay. "
