"The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the staff were amazing! Serena and Giuseppe were 2 names I remember but literally every staff member went above and beyond to make my son and I feel welcomed. The only thing we wished was opened later was the pool. The pool closed at 6:45."

"The rooms were great! Shower was a bit awkward with the rainfall in the middle and no space to move away from the water and a slippery flooring. Disappointed with how we spend so much money for little amenities for 21hrs booking. We couldn’t use the pool before checkout, which I think is wrong. You pay for only half a day! It good enough! Most hotels (I’ve been to a lot) offer up until checkout."
