"This is a beautiful b n b on a side street off the Main Street. It is comfortable and has a pretty garden and outdoor table to sit at. It is about one mile from the archeological park of Ostia Antica. It is about 1/2 mile from the center of the old town, where there are restaurants, a grocery store, pharmacy and gelato shop. "Just a terrible property, worn down, over priced, tiny rooms, awful location and staff seemed indifferent to their guests. Smallest shower I have experienced in 40 years of traveling. The only reason this place is in business has to be it’s close location to the hotel. Suggest travelers look a bit further from airport and get a nicer place with a good shuttle service to FCO. "

"What a great place this is. We were looking for somewhere outside of Rome to be able to go to the beaches-coast and wineries and not too far south and clean, this place checked all the boxes. "We enjoyed our stay here, there is a grocery store as well as a few eating spots within walking distance. The property was well maintained, and the staff was very welcoming. Parking was readily available. My biggest gripe were the beds, unfortunately they were very hard which made sleeping a bit difficult. Breakfast was limited but tasted great. "

"This is a great stopover hotel plus - with convenient shuttle to and from FCO, clean rooms. And more than beautiful leisure facilities including a well equipped gym and beautiful pool and deck. We will plan to stay here an extra day on our next stopover in Rome. Be mindful however, the pool is cleared around 6pm to prepare the area for diners. "
