"Everything about our stay was excellent. You can definitely feel the luxury from the moment you arrive. The hotel is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and the staff were professional and welcoming.
The only disappointment was the price of bottled water. Charging €6 for a 0.75 L bottle of water didn’t feel like good customer service, especially when a coffee was around €4 and a freshly squeezed orange juice was €6. Water is a basic necessity, and pricing it the same as fresh juice felt excessive.
Other than that, we had a very pleasant stay and would happily return. I hope the hotel considers offering complimentary water or more reasonably priced bottled water for its guests."
