"Literally across the street from Zion. Beside park lodging, you are the first property. The Subway downstairs has great coffee and a really, really nice staff. 30 minutes from Davis supermarket and 40 from a Walmart. The owner was on site almost every day- very friendly and helpful. I will be recommending this place to everyone I know traveling to Zion"

"We stayed two nights and this was just right for us. Very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet. I didn’t see it in the listing, but there is a drip coffee maker, which was very important for me. I always bring my own fan, but I certainly didn’t need to here, they have one if you need it. I would definitely stay here again! Thanks!"

"We enjoyed our stay, the location was ideal for our purposes and it was a nice comfortable spot to return to at the end of the day. My only suggestion, because we are big morning coffee lovers, would be a coffee pot, kureig or something similar to help get the day started. Otherwise it served our purpose well and we were very comfortable."

"Maria's condo was clean, spacious, and very well appointed for our two night stay. The kitchen was well-stocked to cook meals. Our kids were thrilled with the sports and recreation options that the facility offers, located right across the street, and we enjoyed the proximity to the area's bike trail system. Maria's communication with us was timely and helpful. We really enjoyed our time here."

"It isn’t fancy but for price point and location it’s a gem. The view in #1 is amazing. Location is across street from Zion entrance. It does smell like subway and pizza in the hallway but it didn’t bother us (my kids love both places). Romantic getaway maybe not, but really awesome place overall. Just go in with proper expectations which we did, and we loved it! I would absolutely stay again!"

"This space is an absolute delight! The location is truly perfect 8 miles from my favorite hike in Snow Canyon, walking distance to the grocery store and Main Street! It’s right in the heart of where you want to be.. but the environment of the stay feels like your own little oasis! So much character and love has gone into the property, highly recommend!! I stayed with just me and my dog.. could not be more satisfied with the accommodations!"

"The swimming pool area has lots of trash around and the pool itself was dated. The condo was great! The fireplace was a wonderful touch. Very clean and nice. Beds were comfy. "

"The house was easy to get to, plenty of parking. The house was clean, comfortable and well stocked. The host was very prompt in answering my questions. Great stay. We would definitely rent this unit again."

"The room and bath was clean and was well stocked with towels. The bed was a Murphy bed and was very comfortable. Air conditioning and TV worked well. Instructions provided were clear and understandable. The only issue was that there were a number of fairly steep steps to the front porch and we had to park our car right next to some nut trees and then walk across a lawn and up the steps to access the room. We enjoyed our stay though and would like to book it on another trip to the area."

"We enjoyed this beautiful home in the midst of beautiful scenario just minutes from Zion. We could walk to local restaurants and shops and the Zion shuttle, short distances that worked after long hikes in the park. The host was attentive and the amenities were accurate, we had everything we needed. The satellite TV was out but that may be common here. And suggest the host upgrades the kitchen and bath countertops. All else great and very comfortable."

"Mike and Yareli’s place was really perfect for us! It was adorable, practical, clean, quiet and the perfect location for all we wanted to do! While stating there we went to Zion for a day, Page, Arizona to kayak Lake Powell and hike Antelope Canyon and then another day exploring lots of fun trails in Kanob! ( The Toadstools Trail was very cool!) Communication was seamless! Appreciated the coffee pods, chocolates and waters!!! I would highly recommend!!!"

"My wife and I needed a place to stay one night while we went to a concert at Tuachan. We were really impressed by the clean look and layout of the place! There is a lot to like about this place. Of the hundred great things about the place, there was only one negative. The king mattress was quite uncomfortable for me. I was awake multiple times during the night with back and shoulder aches I don't normally have."

"If you are looking for a nice place to stay while in the Zion area, this is obviously an option. The hosts make sure you have all you need and provide a spacious, clean basement apartment with two bedrooms and one bathroom. The extra sofa bed in the living space is very comfortable, so if you need it, you can count on it for a good night's rest! The complete kitchen has it all, even peanut butter in the cupboard! Great Wi-Fi and parking too. The only thing missing for a long stay is a laundry...

"This was our favorite stay when traveling to the Utah National Parks! The lodges are very clean, private, and the office has everything you need. Showers and bathrooms were also clean and no issues sharing since they're individual stalls with locks. Check in was easy and you can get in late without taking to the front desk since all instructions are sent in a text."
