"We as there for the USW conference. Our room was wonderful and the bathroom was great. So many windows and so much light. The IT guys for our conference were to notch. Fixed any issues we had right away. I do wish we had trash cans in the rooms and outside of the rooms for the conference. I could only find one in the bathroom. The rooms for the conference were extremely to cold. As a teacher I had multiple complaints about the room temperature and we had no way to fix it. We loved the fast elevator though. I would get a bagel each morning on the 2nd floor and that gentleman was always nice. I was NOT thrilled that we couldn't just get a cart to load for ourselves so I could take my time. We called down and asked. We did enjoy the mall being connected to the hotel. Was nice the day it was raining. For the foart time in a long time we had buffet dinner that was well seasoned and very good food."
