"Roaches all over the sink and kitchen area!"

"We had two rooms booked, when we called 2 times to inform them we are coming to the hotel in the late hours. No one was at the front desk for over 2 hrs to check us in or give us our room keys. We had to drive back home in the middle of the night. Even guests who needed a new key were sleeping in the lobby. We are now joping to get a refund but they claim we have to work with the booking agency and not the hotel."

"Great staff Great Hotel The hotel was booked to capacity. My family and I went to the Houston Rodeo and came back to the hotel late and found the pullout sofa had what looked like dried blood on the mattress. So all three of us had to sleep in the queen size bed. So on Saturday afternoon we went back out and came back to the hotel late again to find that they did change out the blood stained sofa mattress but did clean the room"

"The lobby was stunning and quite picturesque! The room we had was spacious and clean! WiFi worked great. Property had a cafe, coffee shop and bar on site! "

"Terrible. Bedford arrival I called around 9:30pm stating “we would be later than expected and is it okay if we can get still get our keys before midnight” the lady and the front desk who answered said “yes as long as your here by 2am you will be fine”. Once we arrived to the front desk i say i’m checking in (we get there around 12:30-1 o’clock) and I told him my name and he says “yeah they just called and there switching yall”. No one called and told me this no one emailed me, and then we try and ask for the number that just called him he wouldn’t give it to us he wouldn’t go get a manager and he was very rude HIS NAME WAS DIEGO that was at the front desk. He had a very terrible attitude, he was rude, and not trying to help us at all! He kept rolling his eyes, and having a “i don’t care” attitude when it came to helping us. So off this one experience i would not recommend staying here they are very rude and unprofessional when it comes to helping their guest. Not only did he not want to help us when other couples came in he was kind to them and trying to help them as much as he could. in my opinion i feel he didn’t want to help us at all. "
