"the room had a smell to it. the bathroom was handicap accessible which is fine but the hand held shower made a mess all over the floor, there was no ventilation fan in the bathroom, the counter was very small and this is where the coffee maker was put making no counter space at all, no dish for the soap, the bed was ok. lumpy. i didn’t want to walk on the carpet without socks and they were filthy after walking around on it. the staff was nice but the room was not great. i would rather spend a little more money for a nicer room and experience in the future. "

"Huge room that could accommodate a long stay without feeling closed in. Husband saw a mouse run across the floor from their breakfast area to the fireplace when we were checking in. Front desk didn’t seem concerned about it…. Almost like it was a common occurrence."

"Everything was as expected if you have stayed in this type of hotel, but the breakfast was not fresh and they have no allergy food items like the others I have stay with. It is located in a nice area right next to the mall and there were lots of restaurants in the area."

"I was there with my wife for an ivernight stay and at 1130pm i was having intimacy with my wife when a total sttanger just ealked in our room. Seems the front desk made a misyake and gave another person our room as well and i asked for a full refund and they front desk said they couldnt do that. Complete embarassment for me and my wife. "
