This spacious 3 bedroom townhouse is located within a short walking distance to beautiful Toowoon Bay Beach, Toowoon Bay Park, the local corner store and Shelly Beach Golf club.

The two-storey property is fully self-contained and features include a small private courtyard and internal laundry.

Downstairs you will find the kitchen, lounge room, dining room and laundry, and upstairs is the bathroom and bedrooms, making it easy for anyone who wishes to go to bed early, to get away from the main lounge room and television noise.

With access to a lock-up garage, you will want to park the car and take a stroll into Long Jetty or Toowoon Bay to the lake or beach or one of the many cafes, restaurants and specialty shops that Long Jetty and Toowoon Bay offer.

Or take a short drive into The Entrance and enjoy various Cafes and Restaurants or pop in to see a movie at the Cinema or take some time out at the many shops that are available.

With many beaches to choose from, including The Entrance Beach (Patrolled) Toowoon Bay (Patrolled) Shelly Beach (Patrolled) Blue Bay and many more, you won't be short of choice when it comes to picking a swimming spot or a relaxing place to lay and read your book.

Take a drive over to Norah Head and wander around the rock pools, or climb the 96 stairs of Norah Head Lighthouse and enjoy the 360-degree views of our amazing coast from the tower balcony. For the keen golfer in the family, you have a choice to tee off from two local golf courses, Magenta Shores or Shelly Beach Golf Club. For the more adventurous or the young at heart, head out to Tree Tops Adventure Park located near the Ourimbah State Forest.

Close to the water in a quiet location. Great location for a family get away

Location of property is perfect for the beach, access to local playground, cafes and awesome fish and chips. Electrical appliances are from the late 80's, as is most of the furniture. The vegetable grater and saucepan are soviet union relics. Didn't trust the appliances for safety, so did not use. Other facilities (kitchen and bathroom) are dated but functional. Good enough communication with managing real estate agency. Also, no air con and no way to make bedrooms dark enough for kids to sleep until sun down. Take your own pillows.

Place was old and falling apart. All walls are dirty and marked. Paint falling off. Holes in walls. Broken tiles. Mould in bathroom. Light fixtures not working and not fixed properly. Most missing covers. Found them on the floor in some places. Kitchen drawers don’t work. All appliances from the 80’s. Very poor standard. Booked for the weekend and left after 12 hours. Ruined our getaway.

This property is in a good location but it's very rundown and wasn't clean. Had to go to supermarket to buy cleaning products and scented candles to make first night bearable then left the next day as rain was predicted and the thought of being stuck inside this property was just too depressing.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good location - short stroll to near beach / surf lifesaving club. Old unit and no air con so upstairs was hot at night. rental was functional but old and dated. Area was reasonable quiet and cafe and kids park not far.
