"The superior room with a king bed was very spacious, and it even came with an extremely comfortable couch so I would recommend that. Our bathroom had a huge walk in shower and we loved that. The indoor pool was unfortunately under maintenance work so it was closed, and that was the main reason we booked that certain hotel, so we were disappointed about that. The king bed was very comfortable. The check in/check out desk ladies were very friendly. The people in the next door room had very loud kids at late hours of the night. It seemed like the walls were thin. The housekeeping lady knocked on the door and walked into our room at 10:40am when check out wasn’t until 11:00am so that needs to be addressed with housekeeping for them to make sure they start with the rooms that have already been checked out.. maybe get a list of them who have checked out before the actual check out time. "

"Our one night stay was great. The room appeared to have been recently renovated. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. We visit Jackson often for meetings and Country Inns and Suites will definitely be our go to hotel."

"It’s a clutter-free experience. This Hilton chain strives to eliminate the fluff, like coffee set ups in rooms and all the paper that goes with tv guides and pizza ads and in room directories. Bed was comfy. I enjoyed a good nights sleep"

"The gentleman in the lobby was very friendly and quick to get us checked in. Our room was clean and comfortable. It had a mini fridge, microwave and a coffee maker in it which was really nice. We were able to park right in front of our room, which was very convenient since we had a lot of luggage with us at the time. We brought our puppy with us, and there was a lot of traffic outside of the room up and down the stairs, which made it a little difficult to keep her quiet but after dark, it slowed down and all was good. "
