"The room was clean and we had a comfortable stay. But, the front desk never replied messages or requests. I left my jacket in the closet, and contacted few hours later but no response to my message and many phone calls were cut off after long wait. We left a voice message, but no communication yet. Very disappointed."

"Breakfast was very good and was great being open when we had to get up early at 6 to leave and we were still able to eat before leaving! Very clean and had no issues with the room! Staff were all very helpful and friendly!"

"Seems like it was great in its heyday but on the downswing. Valet services were definitely understaffed at peak times making valet fees well-overpriced. Indigents constantly panhandling around the hotel making it pretty scary after dark. Two of three elevators were out of order increasing elevator wait times at a very busy hotel."

"Overall a very nice property with a comfortable bed. Bath was a bit small but ok. The only real issue was the coffee machine which was not functioning correctly in the AM."
