"The property was close to so many things, able to go for a walk thru the neighborhood and felt very safe. Would highly recommend. Staff was very friendly and helpful.."

"When we arrived to our room all the lights were on, including the bathroom light and so was the TV. Seemed odd. Upon crawling into bed I felt a dampness on my body and upon further dampness I realized the comforter itself was wet and almost sticky which made the bed sheets also damp. Called front desk. Girl was not helpful. She sent manager up who wanted to see what I was talking about then asked if I wanted new bedding or a room change. Both options were inconvenient but we chose room change....

"The concert we were going to attend was postponed due to air quality. There was no messaging or email sent out prior to us arriving at the Casino. It was postponed at around 1-1:30 pm and this was around 6 pm when we saw it on the monitors around the casino. We could have had a couple options to change plans had we known at a reasonable time since we drove from the Duluth area."

"Convenient location. But the shuttle only runs once an hour. The room felt very unclean. The carpet was darn right gross. Breakfast was horrible. The room at night was super bright. Made it hard to sleep the lights outside of the room blasted into the room and the curtains did practically nothing. But on the positive side, the bed was super comfortable."

"We enjoyed our stay at HIE again. We stay here all the time when we fly in and out of Mpls. Rooms are very nice, large and clean. Staff is great, and the shuttle service is very good also. They also have a good breakfast that's included with the room, best we've had at any hotel. We had to take off to early this time for our flight, so didn't get to enjoy it. I did a good cup of coffee to go though. I highly recommend staying here, especially when traveling! 5☆ hotel in my book! 🤗"
