"The home was small, but nice with an enjoyable property. Unfortunately, the A/C unit wasn’t super strong. It worked the last night we were there when the weather was in the 70s, but it could not keep up with anything in the 80s or higher. Just beware of that if you are visiting during the warmer months."

"Great area to stay. Close to downtown. The house overall was in pretty good shape. In the living room there is quite a bit of bubbling on the wall closest to the street and chipped paint on in the fireplace. There was chipping paint on the window sill in one of the bathrooms."

"The property was described quite well and very clean. The contact person was easy to reach when things came up. There are a few minor repairs that should be done to the property, but nothing that would hinder me staying there again. And I love the fact that it’s a gated area so that was awesome as well! "This studio was well appointed and served my needs for my visit. I am not familiar with Huntsville, but the location seemed safe and was in a gated complex. The decor was very nice, and the host was flexible with my requests. They had everything I needed and then some (soap, shampoo/conditioner, toothbrush, kitchen w/all the things, etc.). It was definitely nicer than some of the rentals I have stayed in. I recommend this rental to anyone staying in the area. "
