"Great area to stay. Close to downtown. The house overall was in pretty good shape. In the living room there is quite a bit of bubbling on the wall closest to the street and chipped paint on in the fireplace. There was chipping paint on the window sill in one of the bathrooms."

"The home was small, but nice with an enjoyable property. Unfortunately, the A/C unit wasn’t super strong. It worked the last night we were there when the weather was in the 70s, but it could not keep up with anything in the 80s or higher. Just beware of that if you are visiting during the warmer months."

"Very nice property. The only reason I gave four stars for the cleanliness is because as soon as you walk in, you can smell marijuana/cigarette smoke. Whoever was there last obviously smoked in there because I saw loose tobacco on the couch. Other than that, again very nice. Great location. No issues with neighbors, and the amenities for the apartment were great."
