"Lovely hotel right in the center of Torino, very convenient for shopping and dining. Room was comfortable and quiet though shower room could use a refresh. Hotel was happy to store our bicycles on site which was great. Only quibble, and it’s a small detail, but of all the hotels we have stayed at in Italy (at every level), this was the ONLY one that did not provide bottled water for its guests beyond the first day of their stay. For a five star hotel, in the middle of a very hot summer, this seemed a very petty decision."

"We were upgraded to a junior suite: a really well decorated room in 1930s style! The only weak point was the door between the room and the bathroom which had glass panels that made it difficult to turn on the light in the bathroom without waking your partner. Complimentary access to the spa was definitely a huge plus for us, The spa had everything we like except a clock...we ended staying longer that we had planned! We will come back for sure."
