The building, decor, and room was beautiful, upscale, decorated. Right in the heart of Narita shopping street and right outside of Narita Park, it was the perfect location to explore the city by just walking out the entrance. Staff were respectful, helpful, and courteous. I reserved their dinner and wow was that a fine dining experience and true taste of local, traditional cuisine. I will be staying at this establishment every chance I get!

Great location and comfortable

Hotel room was a little dated, however, it was definitely very clean. Breakfast was great, but I wish they could’ve changed up the menu daily. The shuttle to the airport (every 20 minutes), train station and Aeon Mall was a definite plus and very convenient. Just to let you know Aeon Mall also has a huge grocery store that basically has everything you’ll probably need and more. I came to see a live gig at Kashiwa Palooza and this is a perfect place to stay. Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, near train station, beautiful shrine nearby. Breakfast buffet is great too. I'd stay here again no doubt.

We stayed here again when we left Japan, the hotel bus is super helpful.I will stay here again next time I visit Tokyo.

Great stay, staff was incredibly friendly

There are places like Gotembakan that are cheaper but are worse than a motel 6. Hotel Route Inn is everything people rave about Japanese hotels. And I survived the earthquake there from the 14th floor.

Just perfect. I will definitely return for my next stays in Kashiwa.

The room was very well designed, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and abundant. The amenities (lounge, 7eleven on site, restaurant) were all very useful for supporting our conference attendance. A short bus ride or pleasant walk to the train to downtown Tokyo.

I wish there is no steps to get elevator from parking.

Very nice and helpful staff! The breakfast buffet is small but all the options were very tasty. Super friendly people at the restaurant. Bus stop bound for Kashiwa train station is an easy 5 min walk or less. Convenient location across the street from Seven Park, a nice shopping mall.

Right by the station and shopping center. Very convenient. But it's japanese business hotel so no fancy restaurant. Do not see

Excellent stay. I would like to rent a room here again. It may look like it's far from the tourist areas of Tokyo, but the nearby Tsukuba Express makes it easy to get around. The staff were wonderful and there's plenty of eating options nearby. 5 stars for sure.

This was our 1st hotel when we arrived in Japan & our last before we left to home. Great stay

The staff is friendly and speak English. Super helpful. Have to ask at desk for wifi. Quiet neighborhood. Close to train stop. About an hour from Narita. Would highly recommend. Room is spacious. Ramen shops line the same street. Do yourself a favor and eatsomething from these shops. There's a "New Yorker" bar close by that's fun. we only stayed overnight and it was very convenient to to take our train to Osaka the next morning.
